EM4569 125kHz LF Read/Write Transponder (Animal ID)

The EM4569 is a 125kHz low-frequency (LF) read/write transponder IC from EM Microelectronic, with 512-bit EEPROM (16 words × 32-bit) and 32-bit password protection, compliant with ISO 11784/11785 (FDX-B) animal identification. It supports Manchester/Biphase/Miller/PSK/FSK encodings, has an on-chip resonant capacitor, and can be locked read-only. The EM4569 is the bumped enlarged-pad / extended-range variant of the EM4469, designed for direct coil bonding in animal tags, and also used in access control and logistics ID.
