The EM4205 is a 125kHz LF read/write RFID transponder from EM Microelectronics with a 512-bit EEPROM (16 words × 32-bit), supporting Manchester/Bi-phase encoding and 8/16/32/64 RF-clocks-per-bit data rates, with 32-bit password read/write protection and a read-only lock, compliant with ISO 11784/11785. Fully passive — common in animal ID, access control, and immobilizers. The EM4305 is the same function with enlarged coil pads.
