OB2226 Integrated-MOSFET Non-Isolated Buck PWM Power Switch

The OB2226 is a high-precision current-mode PWM power switch from On-Bright with a built-in high-voltage power MOSFET, for non-isolated buck (offline) supplies. It has a built-in error amplifier and load compensation for accurate constant voltage across universal AC input, with frequency reduction (light-load efficiency), frequency shuffling (EMI), soft-start, and Leading-Edge Blanking, plus full auto-recovery protection (OCP/OLP/SCP/OTP/OVP/UVLO). DIP7 / SOP8.
